Family: My wife, Blanca, our two awesome kids — Elijah & Anya as well as our Shiba Inu and our COVID dog (what were we thinking?)

Saved: I made a decision to follow Jesus when I was 7 years old at my church in small-town, Hays, Kansas.

Snack Food: Flamin’ Hot Cheetos dipped in Frito Lays bean dip

Place to Pray: living room on our sofa with coffee + journal

Recreational Activities/Hobbies: very recently tried some carpentry (but you wouldn’t exactly want me building anything in your home)

Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Sports Team: Broncos 

Sport: Whatever my kids are playing



Food: liver (but really, who eats this anyway?)

Snack Food: celery + peanut butter

My Hero: Jesus

One of My Greatest Experiences with God: 2nd semester in college, spent the mornings in class, hours every afternoon reading the Bible and worshiping, I got to know Jesus more than ever on my own for the first time 

Most People Don’t Know This About Me: I’m not latino (although I wish I were); I grew up in a small town in Kansas and geeked out in Spanish class
