What are Freedom Groups?

Want to know God better? Join a Freedom group! Here you will discover how to move to the “next step” in your personal spiritual journey. Learn how to remove obstacles that hinder your relationship with God, discover tools to overcome unhealthy emotions that create bondage, and build on your foundation of faith to create a life of true freedom that God designed for you to live!

Freedom Seminars

Freedom Seminars focus on helping you implement what you learned in your Freedom Group. You will receive some additional teaching, opportunities for personal prayer, and written instructions focusing on God's Word. These will enable you to experience the freedom God designed for you to enjoy in your daily life."

Common Questions

Is this for people with addictions?

Freedom Groups are not addiction recovery or support groups, although those struggling in those areas will benefit from attending. Rather they are designed for everyone interested in learning how to experience a more personal, intimate relationship with God.

Is childcare provided for Freedom Groups?

Children's ministry is available at the church if you choose a group that meets at Lakeshore on Sunday evenings. Groups that meet on other days and times will have reimbursement available through a voucher system.

Is there a cost to attend the Group or the Seminar?

Every group member will need a personal copy of the Freedom Handbook for $13.00. There is no registration cost for the Seminar.
