Foundations is a 6-week study that forms the basis for your journey in Restore. The study begins with large-group teaching, followed by a discussion in Small Groups. The Foundations study will help you identify the areas of your life that need to change and teach you how to change. Successfully completing Foundations is required before progressing on to a RestorationGroup. You can jump into Foundations at any time. Small Groups are gender-specific.
