Woody and Melanie Blok Sri Lanka

Woody and Melanie Blok are serving the Lord in Sri Lanka. Both graduates of Christ for the Nations they serve in many avenues of ministry together.

After establishing Emmanuel church in 1991, Woody and Melanie realized the need for an institute to train leaders of this emerging church. In response they founded ‘Harvest Bible Institute’ which has an enrollment of about 20.

In the meantime Melanie founded ‘Save Lanka Ministries’ that reaches the helpless and unheard cries of the children of Sri Lanka. Integrated into this ministry is Shepherd’s Heart Children’s Orphanage which cares for over 20 children caring, educating and training them in the ways of the Lord.
