Helping Hands is a helps based ministry in Rockwall.  Since the inception of Helping Hands in 1976 many individuals have received assistance through the emergency assistance and referral program. As the county population has grown so has the need for services available to our community. Helping Hands has added vital programs, like, Rockwall County Community Clinic, to our own organization and offered space to agencies at no cost that bring essential services to our local families.
