Global Advance was founded in 1990 by David Shibley to equip frontline shepherds for world harvest.  Through Frontline Shepherds Conferences and Global Advance Institutes, these leaders receive a vision in their hearts and tools in their hands.  Ministry resources have been translated into 14 languages. The vision of Global Advance is to provide on-site training for over 1 million needy pastors and church leaders.

The Global Advance Center for Evangelism and Church Planting in India sponsors three institutes each year that train 1000 Christian workers annually.  The Warren Shibley Library, located in the Center, is becoming one of the major missions resource centers in the nation.
