Description

We will take a deep dive into the Word and study what the scriptures say about"The Fear of the Lord". Proverbs 9:10 states: "The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." If we desire this wisdom, then we need to have a better revelation of "the fear of the Lord". We will be looking up and exploring together what the Word says about having a reverence for Him and Him only. We will be doing "Word Studies" on fear and wisdom in order to gain a better understanding of why the Lord instructs us to fear Him to gain wisdom. We will also discuss how fears (and lies we believe) hinder our ability for true reverence for God.
So, bring your Bible, phone, and or laptop to access study apps such as Blueletterbible.org. We will pray and ask Holy Spirit to teach us of the Father as we study the scriptures together.
